Good rock garden plant.  Light-grey foliage with contrasting red-coloured stems are an interesting combination.  Blooms in summer.

Foliage is quite brittle, stems / leaves break off quite easily.

Hardy zone 5. This plant has not proven hardy to our zone 3 garden in attempts to grow it several times.
