Pulmonaria mollis

Provides a good show of flowers in spring - pink flower buds turning to pale blue with age. Blooms in late April here in zone 3. This species of Pulmonaria has no silver spotting on the leaves, however it is still a showy plant due to its good show of flowers.  We grow them in the shade in soil rich in organic matter.

An easy to grow plant that provides good colour in spring. Easy to divide and transplant.

Height of flowering stem to 45 cm, will form a large clump over several years.

This plant has been quite hardy in our yard, a guess is hardy to zone 3.

Glen's score:  7,  Maureen's score: 8.
