Nepeta grandiflora 'Dawn to Dusk'

    

Bushy plant with many spikes of pale violet flowers. A member of the Mint family, spreads, but not as aggressively as others in the family. Flowers late July. Fragrant foliage.

Attractive when in bloom, but: didn't like the fact it tended to flop, as you can see in the top photo; and, cats like Nepeta and I don't want them in my garden.

Hardy to zone 3.
