Myosotis sylvatica

In flower May 24th along with Primula cortusoides

Light green leaves, with small clusters of light blue flowers which appear in mid-late May.

Grows about 20 cm in height.  We grow this in shade / partial shade.

Described as a short-lived perennial or as a biennial.  Easy to grow.

Very heavy self-seeder, a nuisance really.  We clip off many of the flowers after blooming to try to limit the number of new plants the next year.

Hardy zone 3.

Glen's score:  6.
