What makes this species of Lily special is its ability to grow and flower in the shade. Flowers are small, down-facing, glossy, and curved backwards. There are dozens of varieties available, pinks or white colouring is usual.
Mature plants can form a good-sized clump, and put forth a very good show of flowers. Blooms in late June in our zone 3 garden.
Have been easy to grow in our garden.
