Lewisia tweedyi


Low growing succulent, with good sized blooms for such a small plant (much larger blooms than Lewisia cotyledon).  Bloom colour is white with a touch of pink and yellow.

Looks nice in your rock garden, requires sharp drainage.  I don't think it's quite as showy as L. cotyledon.

Begins blooming late May here in zone 3.  Grows 6" tall.

Hardy zone 4.
