Fragaria virginiana 'Variegata'

Strongly variegated foliage makes this an interesting groundcover in a woodland garden.

Not as vigorous as other ornamental strawberries (e.g. 'Pink Panda'). White flowers in May/June, may produce a few small, red berries.

We have this growing in partial shade.

Height of 6", and will spread over large areas if you let it (easy to uproot though if it moves where it shouldn't).

Hardy zone 3.
