Bog plant with five-petaled flowers, white in colour, with long white hairs on the top (inner) surface of the petals. Flowers measured at 17 mm diameter, grow in racemes measured to 8 cm long. Leaves are trifoliate, leaflets elliptical to oblong, and are 2.5 cm wide and 5.5 cm long.

We measured flowering stems to 30 cm tall. Common in forest bogs and marshes.

Took the above photos June 5th, and June 14th, in a pitcher plant bog, east central Saskatchewan, about 400 km northeast of our home in Regina, SK.
