Prostrate, mat-forming growth habit, good location for this plant is your rock garden. Flowers areabout 1/2" in diameter, and are described in the seed catalogue as 'brick red' in colour (I always thought of 'brick red' as being a shade of reddish-orange, which these are not... they're more of a purplish-red colour).

Easy to grow, something a bit different.

Grows 1" in height, 24" in width.
